POLICY INFORMATION

SHIPPING POLICY

Eyes of a Majesty Cosmetics will only ship within the United States. All orders will need a processing time of 2-7 business days excluding weekends and holidays after an order is placed. All products are handmade and will be shipped out as soon as they are completed. 

  • Orders will be processed and shipped in the order that they came in.
  • Eyes of a Majesty Cosmetics can not control your length of time for shipping and is not responsible for it after it is put in the hands of the carrier.
  • Shipping may take longer than usual due to COVID-19.

 

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • There will be no refunds for no reasons.
  • No exchanges on items other than the exception of the wrong item being sent to you or an item is missing. If you receive the wrong item in your purchase refer to the wrong/missing item policy down below.
  • Please refer to the contact me page to get further information if needed by customer service.

 

WRONG/MISSING ITEM POLICY

  • Here at Eyes Of A Majesty Cosmetics we strive to give the best and take fast actions if needed when a mistake is made. In the event we send the wrong item to you, please take pictures of your invoice and the wrong item. Upload the pictures to a email addressed to customer service (contact me page). Please allow up to 48 hours for a response from customer service about your issue.
  • If you receive your order and it is missing an item, please contact customer service via email immediately so we can resolve this issue. Include the recipient's full name, order number and pictures of both the wrong item and your invoice.

 

INVALD ADDRESS POLICY

  • A courtesy notification will be sent out to the recipient in the case the carrier deemed the address to be invalid.
  • You will have 7 days to respond to this email.
  • After 7 days the parcel will be shipped out to the address on file and you will be responsible for your new shipping label.
  • To minimize the risk of not receiving your order please make sure all information is correct before purchasing his/her order.
  • If not done correctly there will be no refunds or exchanges and the customer will be responsible for placing a new order to receive his/her products.

 

MISSING PACKAGE POLICY

  • In the event that the carrier deemed your package to be delivered to the address on file, but you have not received it please check all areas surrounding your location before contacting customer service. If your package is still not found reach out to customer service via email so we can help you file a missing package claim.
  • KEEP IN MIND WHEN PLACING A ORDER WITH EYES OF A MAJESTY COSMETICS, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING PROTOCOL IN THE EVENT OF A MISSING PACKAGE CASE.

 

WARING: DO NOT PLACE A CHARGE BACK REQUEST BEFORE REACHING OUT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT ALL ISSUES, AS THIS MIGHT LIMIT YOUR CHANCES OF A REFUND OR EXCHANGE FOR  MISSING PACKAGES.
